Return:

1. CLUSTERS — group comments by the underlying question, not by wording. For each cluster: the question in one line, how many comments touch it, and two verbatim quotes.

2. DEMAND vs EFFORT — score each cluster: how many people want it (from the counts above) against how hard it is to produce. Call out the cheap-and-wanted ones explicitly.

3. FORMAT FIT — for each cluster, whether it deserves long-form, a short, or just a pinned reply. Some questions are answered better in a sentence than in ten minutes; say when.

4. CALENDAR — the next 8 pieces in order, each with the title angle and the comment that justifies it.

5. UNANSWERABLE — questions outside the channel focus or beyond your expertise. Say which and why, rather than stretching to cover them.
